Building Interiors were successful in winning the tendered contract for our client in Hull. The client was looking for a cost-effective solution to create a lively, open and bright breakout and recreation space where staff from 3 separate buildings could come together centrally.
Objective; To bring staff together. Design, Plan and Fit a new break-out and gaming area to create a vibrant communal space for employees across three buildings.
We retained and refurbed where necessary and installed new bespoke joinery & high back seating pods. Other works included new flooring, lighting & decoration.
Office break out areas offer employees an escape from their desks. Breakout areas are increasingly used in thttp://www.buildinginteriorsgroup.co.uk/office-lighting/oday’s office design concepts to ensure a happy and productive workspace.
A dedicated, versatile area that is designed to give employees a different environment to work in, take a break or hold creative brainstorm sessions.

We produced a phased programme to allow the continued running of day to day business, which included relocating an important resource area. This allowed us to break through to enlarge the new breakout area and carry out the refurbishment without impact to the business. The client now has a bright and vibrant communal space which has become a central ‘Hub’ to staff.
